Chlorination of Napier City’s water supply will commence today (Wednesday 24 May) at 8am after a positive e. coli reading was returned late today.
We work with tamariki/children, youth/rangitahi aged up to 18 years experiencing severe mental health difficulties. Our team consists of psychiatrists, nurses, family therapists, psychologists, social workers, counsellors, occupational therapists and a dietitian. A Pou Ārahi (cultural strategist and mediator) is also available if you want further support.
Patients in hospital and the community are offered a comprehensive diagnostic service by the Hawke's Bay District Health Board Laboratory Service. The laboratory operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Love, affection and sexual intimacy all play a role in healthy relationships and contribute to our sense of well-being. Free sexual health services are available for youth in General Practices - providing youth access to contraception and sexual health services by trained professionals.
Welcome to Napier Health – Te Whatu Ora Te Matau a Māui Hawke’s Bay health facility offering a wide range of health services for the city, including 24 hour urgent medical care. From December 2022 there will be work at Napier Health to seismically upgrade the building.
