Services we provide

We diagnose and treat inflammatory skin conditions (including genital skin), hair and nails.

We treat a range of conditions:

  • atopic dermatitis (eczema)
  • psoriasis
  • lichen planus
  • cutaneous vasculitis
  • severe urticaria (hives)
  • lichen sclerosis
  • morphoea
  • blistering eruptions.

Skin cancer surveillance

We provide skin cancer surveillance for those with solid organ transplants. These are full skin checks for skin cancer screening only (including biopsies if required). We hold skin cancer check clinics every 3 to 4 months.

We do not provide single lesion assessments. If we diagnose a skin cancer, we will refer you to plastic surgery for treatment.

Diagnoses and treatment

We will assess your condition before treatment with:

  • visual assessment of your skin
  • blood tests
  • a history of your condition and treatments already tried
  • a punch biopsy of the skin if needed.

Treatment can include a treatment plan with medication or blood tests as required. We will advise you what you can do at home to help your condition.

Referral information

We accept referrals from primary care practitioners. For skin cancer surveillance, your transplant specialist can refer you to our service.
